While the focus of our boxing program is not about getting people into the ring, it is surely is about training hard! 

Our non-combative boxing program is centered upon introducing and building the foundational skills of boxing, and in doing so builds muscular endurance, strength, flexibility while challenging your brain. It develops power, speed, balance, agility and coordination. You work hard and laugh hard in this group class that is sure to keep you coming back!

Classes combine a variety of programming and training techniques. Skipping, footwork and agility drills, callisthenics, and strength exercises compliment time spent learning and practicing combinations on the heavy bags, water bags, focus pads, and body protector. With an extensive background in boxing at the national and international level, the knowledge and expertise that Coach Jim Ingram brings to our program is unparalleled.
